If your using a non traxxas brushless motor an battery, will all the functions work? If so what motor do I select when not using any that's listed? Thanks

I don't own one, that's why I'm asking. I don't want one until I knw for sure it's going to work

Only one I have hooked up is the temp gauge.
It works on both of my non traxxas motors and batteries.
My buddy has most of the sensors. Hes not running a traxxas motor and it also works.
