Summit Drive Shaft

I have a 1/16 summit, and the pin inside the dive shaft keeps breaking. I was wondering if any of you have a good drive shaft or idea how to fix this. Ive seen one made by golden horizon and was wondering if any of you have had one and if it worked better then the stock one. Thanks, and hope you have some way of helping/

The stock MERV (mini revo) shafts are cheaper and stronger than the stock 16th Summit shafts.

AFAIK, Integy V2 and Traxxas X shafts are the only shafts that have held up to forum posters' abuse.

I am running stock merv shafts (in my merv)... beating on it with 3S and over 100 2S packs without any issues.
But I do have a center differential installed... that does make a difference.

I, myself, would try the cheapest option first... the merv shafts.
Then I would skip the Integy risk and go for the Traxxas X shafts. <<That is still my plan... if I ever have issues with my shafts.
