    my revo basher

Hey guys just thought i'd throw up some pics of my revo.

Mainly just bash around on a local track with my mates tmaxx.

Now got plenty of spares so its time for abit of a pull down and a clean.

Ive got my rpm true-track lower arm back now, so i can make it RPM all round again. Sick of toe links..
also have a new cooling head.. bent one fin, it broke, then the next one broke and so forth..
Will take alook at the clutch, i think it might be playing up, defs need a new spur gear, new exhaust also came.

found a place on ebay that has pretty much stripped down revo/tmaxx/etc and sell parts seperate, so you can get some pretty good deals going

How does your revo stack up against your mates t-max at the track? I like your tires and that your going w/ the tru-track. Do you have plans on doing anymore mods, like single steering servo, or doing away with the electric start?

for some reason i love my ez start.. i should rid it but its just easy for me

already had the tru track, but broke a lower arm, replaced under warranty tho so im cheering about that. Like sure adj toe would be nice, but its just easier to have the tru-track already set at a point, rather than mess around with one side being a little out, or landing a jump weird and wrecking your alignment.

the tires are proline VTR Calibers. Pretty much spot on half the weight as the stockers. Although alot skinnier. Still night and day difference.

as for up against my mate, we are both pretty rookies atm so i think its coming down to driver skill. But they are pretty much neck and neck.

His was a 2.5 Smaxx, then 3.3 RWD (i had him easy everytime then), once he got 4WD it evened it up abit. Its still short chassis but converting to LWB soon.
We havent really had a good run of recent due to the track being messed up cause of rain and BMX riders...

Niiice, wish i had a bmx try near me, i bet you can really open it up there..The LWB should make a huge difference at speed with stability, I can't wait to do some more mods especially the tires/wheels. Sounds like your making the most of it keep up the good work and keep us posted!

its an RC track, which is right next to a legit BMX track.. i would love to get it on the BMX track.. maybe haha
*but yeh, i dunno why but sometimes you get bike riders on the rc track (if i ever see one there bike may or may not end up a tree)
