help newbie with gearing

I have a 1/10 roller slash 4x4 with sv2 esc and castle 1406 motor, my question is what pinion and spur should I run to get good speed without heat issues. thanks

the motor is 4600kv 4 pole if that helps any on suggestions. thanks
