I dont agree I think integy has started using better materials....i have been running an integy 7075 rear bulk for about 3 months now and I bash HARD I recomend it its kinda high priced at like 35 shipped though
I wish all the companies would start copying GA with the hole to make getting to the bottom shock tower hex easyer

All aluminum bulks are priced that high..except the acncm ones...for $50 for a front and rear set, thats a killer deal.

I'll keep doing some research it will be awhile before I go after some bulkheads. I may get the RPM shock towers before then.

Haha. I got some rpm shock towers, arms, true track, and skids with some revo 3.3 tires and rims with traxxas 17mm hex adapters with a silverado body and wheelie bar. So far i haven't broke anything. The only thing i ever broke was a rear toe link and thats why i got the true track.

Ok. Little pricy. If money isn't a factor, FLM are good choice 2.

    All cons, no pro's.
By installing their product you void the warranty, even if it's a material's failure.
The only things they have gotten right are their Ti tool's, & their spring sets.
Nothing else they make is worth you hard earned cash.

I'm wanting some tires that are all around better tires. Cause the stock emaxx tires get eaten up by the concrete in pavement. The rubber on the stick tires are soft. But I want some that are good for off road conditions and snow and maybe sand that is either loose, packed, or wet. And those HPi Goliath tires are about the same size as the Summit tires. I didn't realize how much bigger the summit tires were till I held it in my hand when I was able to stop at a Hobbytown store. The guy that worked there said the HPi Goliath tires are a tougher rubber than the Summit tires. And said the Summit tires are like the Emaxx tires.

Wait let me get this right. You buy an Integy part and install it, you void integy's warranty or Traxxas' warranty. If it voids Traxxas's warranty, doesn't replacing any of the stock traxxas parts with like RPM parts void the warranty?

Well stopped by my brother's apartment for a little while. Showed him the truck. Bad move on my part letting him play with it. I told him to watch out for cars and he was still getting used to how powerful it was. He reversed it right in front of a moving car. Car stopped as soon as its front passenger tire had the rear right truck tire almost pinned. The only things that are damaged are the two right side rear shocks which had there shock cap pulled off which now leak even when thread back on. And the two left side rear shocks the plastic part that mounts to the lower a-arm are bent or cracked. Body mounts are fine. Thankfully just the shocks were damaged. Now to put on the RPM stuff. No playing with the truck till I get home this weekend and put the new shocks and dual rate springs on. Tried driving it, the rear nearly drags the ground. What weight is oil good for the big bore shocks?

Yeah, 2/3rd of the damage has been caused by other people, so I've made it a rule to be very picky as to who get to operate it.

Nope, not even them. My oldest boy was the one that caused most of the damage. He took out two hinge pins, upper and lower A-arm and a axle carrier when he WOT it into a trash can.

Well next up. Bigger batteries. I want some batteries that last longer and can get ever bit of MPH out of them to make the truck hit its Titan 550 top speed. By the way I may still get those Goliath tires if they are more firm so I have a good set for other terrain. The proline trenches grip the pavement like duct tape when turning, but I'm actually able to pop wheelies in dirt/grass no problem. I may cut some holes in the body to get air to the motor in this hot weather. This hot weather is shortening the run time quite a bit. And as far as batteries go I am not ready for lipo's just yet. I'm wanting some NiMH's to umph the speed up some. Also I thought about this the other day. If the Titan 775 provide more torque if you put those on a emaxx doing wheelies would be easy.

Don't quote me on this, but I don't believe getting bigger NiMH is going to you any extra "Punch" for higher MPH. They will on the other hand give you more run time. I believe if your going to stay with NiMH and you want more speed and torque then your going to have to play with the gearing.

Also playing with the slipper clutch, making it tighter, with help you do wheelies easier. Just know that the tighter you make the slipper, the greater the amount of power or torque will be sent through the drive train. In other words… You run the risk of tearing up a tranny, drive shaft, diff(s) or axle.

Will a single Titan 775 give you more torque than dual 550's? Don't know, that's something I'd have to research or maybe someone will chime in on that idea.

Well I know have RPM body/shock mounts on it. My 17mm hubs have some play in them is there any way to fix that? Also I bought some DTX(Duratrax) 5000mah NiMH battery packs. What is your opinion on those?

Did you get the Traxxas 17mm hex? If so, yeah there is a bunch of slop in them.

There's a bunch of mods to help tighten them up. I'm on my phone and it's a pain to link posts. So search for "no slop mods" and it should pull up some good posts. I also linked how I did mine on my Bad Maxx thread.

The batteries are just going to make it run longer. If im right when you go to lipos, you need either 1 4s lipo or 2 2s.

Here is a good thread. In your case i think you don't need to buy the hpi stuff, since you are converting to 17mm hex hubs.

the duratrax i hard to fit into the emaxx battery tray. the way the batteries are situated makes the pack longer and the way the wires are make it hard to put the hold-down into place. i will try and post pics of the differences

The reason it is bowing up like that is because of how the ground and power wires are situated
