    Front Upper Shock Mount

What have you guys done to reinforce the front upper shock mount. I blew the bolt out today and I grabbed a Tekno bolt kit I had in my tool box. Problem is the bolt is to long and pushed out the bolt that holds the body mounts out. I fear another bolt will do the same thing. If you have pics, that would be awesome. I really need to get that slash front bumper ordered up.

Here are the bolts. I can only use them in the rear which I will probably do as well.

You will need a bolt long enough to insert it through the body mount, through the tower. Put the shock on the part of the bolt that is left sticking out, and secure with a nylock nut. No pics, but have seen a few people do it this way over the years. You will be using 1 long bolt to hold it all together instead of 2.

Roger that. I just like the ball the tekin bolts have on them for the shock. I guess fuel line will work. Thanks Rag.
