Looks good, I like the body. Let us know how that 38/18 gearing works out for you (Is that pinion 18 & spur 38?)
Ive been thinking about upgrading to RPM arms all round...not sure of it at the moment. I haven't had much issue with the stock besides hole threads stripping. Blue thread lock has worked wonders for this .
I'm a Rock n Rolla !
Spur 38 and pinion 18 with my motor esc combo is a lot of torque and whllies, and run abou 120 on the motor and 100 on the esc!!!
sorry for jacked the thread but you are from Puerto Rico?
-EA DIABLOOOO ! ESO ES DE GASOLINA, VERDAD?!?
^going to say yes..
Hi people:
Im new for the forum, im fernando from Puerto Rico, there is some pictures of my revo 3.3 bl conversion, please give me some advice or ideas, those are my parts;
looks good if you would like might ask a moderator to move to the BL forum..
edit..
with the power of the BL system, you are going to have to take it easy on the diffs. They are the 3.3 diffs? the E Revo has the extra H bar in the carrier.

Yep.. but I stay clear of him, if the 5b ever ran the Revo over, it would be ugly for me....
Would you go flip my truck back over??
One time see one in person but not running. Its huge and heavy but Dont know how perform. I said to the owner for run and bashing together but never had the oportunity

misteronna, yes soy de puerto rico, de Carolina.
And yes i running e-revo diffs
I had a 5B. its a fun buggy. Wouldnt stand a chance against a brushless revo. the 5B is big and heavy and drives like its big and heavy. its pros: runs on gasoline ~40 min per tank. Impressive size. Cons: everything else.
I kept popping the shock shaft out of the lower shock mount and you have to change the entire shaft @ $17-pr plus about 45 minutes labor it was not worth it. Plus the thing is SOOO loud (With the tuned Pipe, I had the SS version) you cant run it in your neighborhood without upsetting the neighbors.
I went Brushless Revo and will never look back.
Back to topic.. I love the way the converted nitro looks when they are brushless.... are they as fast as an out of the box brushless revo? My gearing stock motor/tires/geode wheels is 18/62 which is way different than this 18/38
