What BL System are you using with your Erevo......

What Brushless System are you using in your Erevo 1/10? Is there a system out there you wished you used instead? Trying to figure which system I want to use.

Ive used the following: NOTE: ONLY on 4S. I have never run any of these on 6S and have no plans to try it.

Hobbywing XErun 150 amp with a 2200kv non Sensored: GREAT system for the money. If you get a discount on it you can get it for like $175 shipped. That is very hard to argue with. I had no issues with mine at all. Anyone who says these systems are junk has clearly never tried one.

********* 150 amp with XErun 2200kv motor AND EZrun 2700kv motor: The ESC has dodgy reviews. Some say it works great, other say it dies for no reason. The one I ran is still going in a neighbours emaxx with the 2700kv EZrun motor and runs just fine. The 2700kv motor got really hot in my ERBE but with the 2200kv motor this system SEEMED fine. Time will tell of course

Castle MMM with XErun 2200kv and Castle 2200kv: Of the two motors the castle motor clearly has more power. But, the truck ran great with the XErun motor. No complaints. Just keep an eye on temps or gear it a bit lower. Obviously the ESC performs great and with the castle 2200kv motor the truck is a power house. But with the XErun motor is was impressive as well.

My favourite system so far (and the one I'm sticking with) is also the most expensive. The Castle MMM/2200kv combo. With that said, I wouldn't feel bad at all if I had to run the XErun 150/2200kv system in the truck. It works great. Over on the 1/8 GT forums these XErun setups have an absolutely stellar reputation. I have a 150amp/2000kv sensored system in my 1/8 onroad car and will be using that same system in my ERBE 1/8 GT onroad build as well... I think its going to work great.

I am thinking about getting a Tekin RX8 with a 2000kv BL sensored motor. Anyone have any experience with this setup?
