Hello everyone!
Can running the truck with the LVD ON (green) cause any damage, while using NiMH stock batteries?
What will/can happen to the ESC, Motor, Receiver, Servos or Battery itself?
Thanx in advance!
Cheers,

Actually, this is the 1/10 scale Summit forum.
Anyway, I don't think it's possible to run NiMH in LiPo mode, even if you can, why should you? It doesn't take that long to change battery mode.

SPC Power - the best there is
the batt. will have less run time, since it will stop before it runs low
All I need now is to set a new lap record.
SnowSlider: Thanks and sorry for being in the wrong forum. Although I did search 1/16 ...? Will go there in the future.
My question remains, will running NiMH in LiPo mode cause damage to the ESC, Motor, Receiver, Servos or the Battery itself?
f687s: Yes, thank you that's what I thought as well. If anything, it will shorten the runtime.
Why do I ask this question?
Because I am having trouble with my truck. I already sent it in once and it got sent back with some of the electrics changed (put in new). After taking it for its first run, the exact same problem occurs. Now I am told, it must be that I ran NiMH in LiPo Mode (Which I definitely have not done). So I want to disprove this claim.
Nothing to be sorry for, you are not the first!I don't think running NiMH in LiPo mode would damage anything, because people have ran LiPo in NiMH mode so that they can run 4s. (Not recommended, many have fried their ESC's because of overcurrent)

Thank you, SnowSlider!
I was wondering, as I have been running only in Training Mode, what if something is wrong with the stock batteries?
