Tqi transmitter problem

Hi,

My e revo1/16 do not communicate with my transmitter.
I tried my friend's transmitter and it worked with it.
In the store they didn't knew what to do.

Did any one know what to do?

Have you checked the batteries?

Yes. New batteries.

Sounds like it is faulty.
I would attempt a complete reset as described on the paper that should be in the bottom of the controller.
If that does not cure the issue, contact Traxxas.

do you turn the transmitter on first before the controller?mine won't communicate at all if I turn the controller on first.it's in the manual.

I called traxxas support. And problem solve.
They reset all the system and reset the throttle and steering.
