    Revo 3.3 problem

Was playing at the park and landed on the roof hard. Motor isnt ventered in the body hole now, it looks to be slid forward. The bell gear doesnt mesh with the trans input gear now. Took apart and there is nothing broken except the carb body where the trans gear chewed it up. The only thing i can think is that yhe blue chassis plate where the engine mounts is bent upward which would unalign the gears like i did. But its double thick and seems highly unlikely since the rollbar that is plaastic did not break. Have a look at this side veiw amd maybe compare

Must be a Facebook picture which work blocks.
Anyway, a hard enough shot will bend the chassis under the engine. Typical signs are chewed spurs and chewed air filter tube.

Thanks for the pic! Obviously i totally bent mine. Got a new one off ebay for 15bux total. Yes its a facebook pic, and yes the air filter and gears got chewed.

Im curious what those red struts you have added to the front are and what for...?

Happens to me all the time if i land on the roof, just have to undo all the engine adjustment screws and realign. If you keep shredding spur gears as well, dont drive after a big hit, check it first.
