• integy 17mm wheel adapters +12mm ext

• various alum hopups

• racing clutch & metal gears

• rear brake kit

Man that thing looks slick, how's that trinity pipe working out for you?
Take a look at my stocker in the thread "Mounting Tires (Proline Badlands)"
All I've done to it is some new wheels and tires and some stiffer springs in the rear.

thanks, the pipe is wicked! tried a few n that one is the best for noticable power. sounds cool too! the skids are st racing on the rear and gh racing everywhere else.

i just want to know how it handles with the wheel adapters on there to widen it?

the wheel adapters make it handle so awesome!!! i have +6,+12,+18mm ones , i run it with the +12 mostly . makes it so stable ,
on pavement it power slides and not flip.

Dang! Nice looking Slayer! I love how it looks like a REAL trophy truck with the cool rims, tires, skid plate, and the gap between the tire and body. PS Is your new exhast pipe louder than the stock Slayer pipe?

You should get sway bars.

the rims are DEracing sc 17mm and the tires are proline sc switch...

i have them and had them on but took them off... just change shock set up.

How are the pro line switch and pro line badland tires holding up on pavment? And which one do you like more and why? I'm going to get some new tires, I'm just not sure which ones to get... Thanks!

Iv put badlands on both my slayer pro and rustler vxl, great tires for off road. Hook up on any surface and I run mostly sand dunes. On pavement they arent so good too soft and high profile.

they are both great.. badlands are great for short grass and dirt of course.. switch are pretty good all round, like the trencher..

taller stance is go up a couple spring rates..use 20wt to 30wt shock oil..

no i haven't seen the .28 slayer pics are they on this forum and does the truck get lower when u jump or does it spring back as tall as possible and does it stay that way when u run it or does it lower itself a little bit

yes on this forum slayer pro big block it has a blue chev silverado body.. it in the slayer pic gallery to.. on my youtube channel is running vid Ckeithnitro channel name.. it springs back up and stays that way. the rear end sinks down when accelerating still

I think you need stronger springs.... It will help the shocks push the truck back up.

You should get sway bars.

+1 Sway bars make a night a day differnce on handling! I love'em!
