Looks great!! Have you ever bent or had problems with your aluminum rocker arms?
Hey 50, looks good! Do I see foam in the front bumper mount? Awesome idea! New to me anyway
Put an order in for a few upgrades. I will send a list and pics next week once I get them and start installing!
no problems but i did put a 4mm shim under each and loctite on the bolt if you tighten them down too hard they bind
the foam is from the traxxas packaging nice and firm .takes some of the impact
thats good keep us updated!
Time to play!!

Haven't heard anything good about running the aluminum steering assembly let us know how it goes
Better gear down with those nice looking heavy rims!
Installed Hot Racing steering assembly, Hot Racing shock damper, graphite fin, and Pro-Line Road Rage wheels. Still need to put the Hot Racing steering knuckles and the ESC fan. That will all have to wait until next week though. Flying out to FL tomorrow![]()
Oh ya, and the TBR chassis brace with front and rear bumbers.

What do you think 50togo, 23 pinion with stock spur or do I need to go lower?
Love the set up man.. Gotta get me a t-bone here soon... Headed to a construction site to do some bashing this week! lol
Whatever I just said.. I'm probably wrong..
That should be a good gearing to start. Keep track of the temp both outside and the motor/Esc. Then go from there, on. A 2 cell you should be fine except on tall grass!

Thanks ArmySSG! I think the t-bone will be great for bashing. It doesn't add a lot of weight either!
Switch your back tires backwards!
the car looks great!!
don't worry about gearing for the titus wheels (i'm sure you didn't get the crawler weights added in there so it will be fine)
the heavier weight of the bead locks gives more torque when doing mid air stunts and flips
oops...you forgot to install the wheelie bar for the t-bone ....careful with 3s until you get one

if its not broken, bash harder
Ya, I realized the rear wheels right after I posted the picture!
I ordered the wheelie bar, be installed next week!![]()
Got back from FL tonight and put the wheelie bar on and installed one of the four HR axle carriers!

Shaping up pretty good! Keep us updated
Finally found a spot for the fan. It actually hits the ESC and motor. Let me know what you guys think!

This is what I am testing.hits the motor and Esc. Made tiny little brackets![]()
Nice! I'll be anxious to hear how it works! Keep me posted!
yep thats the 30m x30m muchmore racing ultra high speed racing fan blow a lot of air!
Do you have the Velcro on the battery doors to hold the body on?
Yep the only way to go!
Did you clip your body posts off?
No it helps to line up the body. Look at my pic up above
Installed the Hot racing BB mounting plate

Jimbo once mentioned that any aftermarket servo saver was a waste and worse than stock.
I haven't mentioned a servo saver?
i can see you love hr.. gotta give them credit they got some good stuff.. how do you like the steering assembly?
I think the blacked out looks sick......![]()
Emaxx #3903, MERV
RPM/PROLINE
yea thats how i have mine... with a touch of chrome to though
I like the look of all the HR stuff and it has been as good as anything else aluminum. The steering assembly has been fine, no problems yet. I ordered the ******* 3800 servo and the S2V Sidewinder with the 5700kv motor. Should be all put back together within a week or two!
That's one slick looking Merv.
Grats on the build too, they're a blast to do.
Any details on that servo you picked out? (******* 3800)
Looks awesome! Which body is that?
Thanks! It is just the stick blue body with all the stickers stripped off
Finally came!!
