Good tires for clay track?

Just raised the ride height on my KB brushed edition and i wanna take it to my local outdoor clay track, i need some opinions on which tires to get? I would prefer for them to be pre mounted, thanks in advance!!

Look for hpi rally tires or tamiya rally block tires. I had picked up a set of the tamiya's premounted on ebay a few months back

well its florida so if its a blue groove track yes one of the hpi rally tires will work. if its just hard packed you need ifmar pin type tires. what track? i probably know exactly what clay they use and from which pit they get the clay since most of the tracks in the state get it from the same place.

these are these tires as a matter of fact, in the softest compound you can find (forget which is the softest).

Probably are better options, but the stock 1/16 slash tires worked well for me -- and they'll be a direct bolt-on. I don't have experience with any other tires though. Here's a vid of a KB with the slash tires: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iql6_...eature=related
