    Crazy cell voltage question!?!?!?!

Ive been running 2 different traxxas 3s lipos in my vxl pede (5k&4k mah) and after i run them and put
them on my charger, the voltages for each cell will be all over the place( 3.45 3.67 3.56) for about the first 30-45 seconds. After that, they stay within .01 volts of each other all the way up to 4.2 volts. Is this normal??? Ive heard many different arguments, so cast your 2 cents. IMO, if u have to have a balancing block for the voltage to up in sync, there is no way driving your rc is gonna discharge them in sync.

its ok as long as one of the cells dont fall below 3.0v. if it does then something will have to be looked at, maybe one the cells IR is not up to the others or the charger is not charging it good. it can say 4.2 charged but its different when it gets put on the car. the esc doesnt know the voltage of each cell only total voltage so it cuts out at 3.4v per cell which in your case is 10.2v 3s pack LVC.
