How much power am I losing this way?

I'm running 2 3000 nimhs in my revo and using the traxxas to tamiya connectors. Is that gimping my power to the car?

The Tamiya connectors are not so bad when new (not good either) but when the get a little worn or dirty they arc more and more and then they get so hot the terminal housings melt together. Been there, done that. At that point you are losing a lot of power.
