u-joints

my u-joints have about had it. i cant find the graupner replacments anywhere online. did they stop making them? i really dont what to use the traxxas ujoints as i only have used the boat about 20-25 times and there pretty much all but broken. only have a sliver of material holding it together.

I see some at FUNRCBOATS.COM but I'm not postive what size the villain takes cause they show the 1/8" on backorder and they show the 4mm in stock.

The Graupner u-joints that you're looking for are the 4mm to 4mm size. For whatever reason, they have been getting more difficult to find these days. It looks like the site listed above has them in stock, but they're listed at about double the price I have always paid for mine.

thanks for the info guys. havent ordered them yet saving for a fuel pump on my big boat. went to try and get the villain wet this weekend and the joint failed as soon as I applied throttle ! didnt even get on plane! oh well, the price we pay to play!
