Back in RC with a Slash 4x4... A few questions!

So my other hobbies have been getting a little stale so I'm back into RC after a long hiatus with a Slash 4x4.

Look at my signature... The other RC trucks I own are a little outdated!

After surfing around here for a while I have a few questions that I hope you can help me with!

    1. Bodies - There is a small selection of movies mad for this truck! I bought a proline Bug body but I was wondering what other "real" truck bodies fit the truck.

    2. Wheels/tires - Since I bought the Bug body.. I was looking for a set of narrow front buggy wheels that have the right hex pattern to be run on the 4x4 truck. Is there a conversion to make that possible?

    3. Conversions! Just in case I wanted to. What exactly do I need to turn the Slash into a Stampede?

    4. Essentials - In your opinions, what parts are essential upgrades to your truck?

    Thanks!

I run E-maxx bodies or proline chevy truck full body

Stampede is basicly a shortened Slash 4x4, electronics, front and rear assy, drive are all the same (exception, shorter shaft). wheels and chassis are different.
    MMM/2650, E-maxx Body=FUN !
    3 Slash 4x4

To go from a Slash to a Stampede (Stampede being the more "fun" of the two for me) all you need is a Chassis, Center Drive Shaft and a body. You can of course get the center drive shaft cover but you do not "need" it. Also might get the receiver box for the stampede. There might be something else. I asked this same question a while back and it was answered. Might look for that.

As far as "essential" there really are none. The truck is pretty bulletproof out of the box as long as you do not beat it up too bad. Just upgrade as you break. Unless you have money to burn then there are tons of threads that already answer this.
    plz iz not a wurd
