Voltage detection unbalanced

I have an onyx dual charger, and two 3s 25c 4000mah lipos

-one lipo has perfect voltage and everything

-the 2nd lipo has a voltage of 8.45V on my charger and ZERO volts per cell...
-my handheld tester displays
*0.5V on cell 1
*6.xx on cell 2
*6.xx on cell 3
Total voltage of 12.9...divide 12.9 by three and you get 4.3V per cell..

So why is my charger not picking up the voltage, while my little handheld tester is?
Why is only the first cell unbalanced?

I checked ALL OF THE CONNECTIONS AND THEY ARE FINE...

I have used lipos before, and I'm not sure why this is happening..I bought them, ran em once and now this.

May want to contact the battery manufacturer. I had a similar issue with my 3s C1:4.2v, C2:4.2v, C3:0v pack voltage 12.6. Manufacturer is replacing under warranty for me.

I'm having this same issue 3s 5000 mah just ran it once full charged and now when to charge again my charger stops after 20seconds , when I look t balance 1cell is at 000 then jumps around other 2calls are in good range brand new gens ace

Interesting mine is a gens ace 5000mah 40c 3s. Maybe they had a bad batch. I had mine less than 2 weeks

Mines doing the same thing. Remove the yellow balance wire and there's some voltage in it

Not sure what todo lhs said just charge it with out the balance plug and see if it charges fully and run it then see but I'm thinking it could be an issue with the balance plug I bought two last week and now after one full charge it's jumping all over

I'm thinking the cell is bad or something...

Contact the company you bought them from. They already approved me sending it back for replacment.

Thanks stryk , will do just gonna hate waitin a week to send out and week to send back , heard good things about them and thought the prices were great , had one before ran it thru the roof on my rustler allday and night still going strong now this ehh
