    question about control arms

so I bought a set of the optional rear control arms, part #5333R I believe they were. these control arms are supposed to lengthen the wheelbase between 10-19mm whichever you prefer. so I went to install them and they are exactly the same as the old ones.... I looked at the exploded views for the rear chassis of the summit and there are 2 different part numbers for the rear control arms. why are there 2 different part numbers if they are the same part?

Same part. Summit comes with the extended a arms.
Not sure why they had 2 part#.

There are standard arms and extended arms... the two part numbers are to indicate that.
One set of numbers should be darker, indicating an option.
Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.

Checking through my library of current and former exploded views, I note that optional parts had "opt" as a suffix to the number but no bold exists in those I've checked. However, I have far from a complete set, so it is possible. The latest Exploded View has no bold nor "opt" on the arms, but there is one pointing to what seems to be a screw.

5333R is the extended wheelbase set, all four rear arms. It includes 5327 (left) and 5328 (right) rear arms. This set comes stock on the Summit.
5333 is a set of standard wheelbase rear arms. Since these are symmetrical, they can be used on the right or left side.
I know they're having their break there by your brake drums. No, you're not invited.

The bolded part numbers are found in the part list, not the exploded views.
You can drive my car, but there's a $500 deposit.
