old cartoon series

anybody knows the name of an a very old cartoon series showing a gang of dogs rolling out as 30's style gangester looking,
I tried my best looking for this funny cartoon series but I could'nt find it on YouTube maybe because I don't know it's title name.

it's really so funny as those dogs acting as mid 30's mob . each episode start with the leader of this mob directing other dogs while they are all sournding a table in their counsle.
anyone recall the name of this cartoon series?

it's a classic cartoon because it's production was so old but it's so nice to recall your memories in childhood.

i don't know if it's a hanna barbera cartoon, but i can remember a few words from the song in it's intro :

i just reviewd all the hanna barbera series in tbe above link by series picture. it's not among them

in the past days i managed to find several youtube vids of some of my best cartoons in my childhood :
Fantastic four [ the old version ] , Simson young [ simson and goliath ], and Rocket Robinhood.
