Custom Air boat Ideas

I am looking into making an air boat. For the motor and esc i will use the vxl 3s system and a traxxas 2075 servo and 2.4 ghz radio. I am thinking aboutit being 21" long x 10" wide and the deepest part of the hull at 4". How would I build the motor mount, steering fins, servo mount and the hull for under 200. I will be getting the other stuff from the mp at a later date.

I am look for something more alone the lines of a swamp boat, like the ones you see in the everglades on in Alaska, yes the do use them in Alaska
