1. 5600 kv motor

How awesome would this be

2. 5600kv motor in an emaxx????
I predict:....NO TORQUE!!!!

3. Why no torque

4. The emaxx is a big heavy truck. The EMBE has a 2200kv motor. The pede 4x4 has a 3500kv. The mini revo vxl is 4000kv.

I doubt you could gear a 5600kv low enough to not burn up in an emaxx.

Exactly...it would burn up because that motor could not handle an emaxx.

6. I don't understand how a lower kv motor does then

7. 4s = 16.8v @ 4.2v a cell (full) 16.8v x5600kv = 94,080 rpm

Can you say magnet shattering lol

9. Lower kv will have more torque and less top end.
More kv (Such as the motor you are suggesting) will have a much higher top end but very low torque. And they'll heat up and burn out faster.
Thats why high kv motors like that would simply not work at all in an emaxx. It would barely move.

10. lower KV will take more volts to power it so less amps, but need a high volt esc.. but having an esc that could handle the amps and lower volts in all theory it would be like a feather and a bowling ball off the empire state building, equal. Plug it striaght no esc they should do the same with the calculations of making it even

assuming there is a 5600kv motor the same size as the 2200kv motor yes, most 5600 KV motors are 36mm or less in diameter. I was thinking a 5600kv 1/10 motor (and esc) would rock in a 1/16 revo if the batteries can handle it.
