    My attempt E-Slayer

Here is what i have so far. Raptor body by proline.

    I am using a 150 amp esc and I have a castle 2200 instaled

I made this esc holder out of 1/4" lexan.

I am using the bluegroove conversion.

I had to mod the rear body posts so the body would line up right. The top portion is from an e-maxx.

Wheels and tires are from a sc8.

Are those badlands or the ones you can get at supa sales on ebay? Use to run proline buggy badlands on my 4x4 slash and loved them. Thinking about picking up some sc badlands.

Managed to get the esc and bec soldered up this weekend. Just waiting for my servo and reciver box to show up and improvement in the weather.

Changed up the body a little bit.

I borrowed some revo springs from a buddy to try on my slayer.

These are the front springs I have in now.

Rear ,not sure why these have 2 different colors. Slayer specific springs ?

I also have an E-Slayer Pro. I have a MM and 2650kv motor on it now. I was running it with a fully locked slipper because I kept tossing the stock slipper pads off. needless to say, it has WAAAAAAAYYYYYYY too much torque for that setup. I just got the Tekin e-clutch bell clutch kit and should be able to test it out in the next couple of days. I also need to get the mechanical brakes working properly now that I am using the bellclutch.

    Both Slayers look great!!

Well I had a chance to try my slayer last week. Didn't go well ran off the road and into a ditch full of water. Fried my 150 amp esc in the process. Just ordered a new mamba monster.

    Slayer v-2.0

Mamaba monster is here, they now come with a castle link.

Mounted a stampede radio box here.

I drilled 2.5mm holes into the leaxn and used the traxxas mamba monster esc hold down.

Going to also trim some of the extra lexan.

    Black can instaled.

Will try to get the soldering done tonight along with the BEC and hope to haved it wired up and running in the morn.

I have had a chance to take it out and run it last couple days. I have broken both front lower a arms in two separate crashes and lost a universal shaft in the rear. E-clip must have fell off.

This is my hack job, still holding though.

I cut down some revo shafts for the rear. You can see how much bigger they are.

    Instaled in the truck.

Did some tire grooving on my tires. Helped quite a bit, very loose track.

Mounted sc badlands on 17mm DE Trinidad wheels.
