evx2, solid red

My evx2 is solid red it runs normal though. I tried to re program it and it didn't cchange

solid red untill you go forward/reverse right? thats normal, mine does that too. I've noticed a few things in the manual that doesn't quite match my 3903 - on a side note: Traxxas tech support is awesome.

Ya when I move it it goes off. But I still don't understand why it isn't green

Do you have the newer EVX-2 with LVD built in? It would say it on the ESC. According to Traxxas support, the red light means that the LVD feature is turned off.

Yup, so if your using nimh or lipo with an external LVD, then you want it to be red, if ur using lipo w/out external LVD, it should be green.
