If using the stock motor a 5000 mah 30c pack will be fine

Grab a 40c pack or better if you plan to upgrade your motor at a later stage

I agree with Crusey, 30 or 40C will be great on the stock sep-up.

SPC Li-Po Power, Lithium Polymer (LiPo), Hard Case Battery Pack; 6000mAh, 30C, 2S, 7.4V is what I got. I love them. Lots of run time and great power.

Im a Promatch guy when a race in on the line. I use promatch 6000 60c, comes with your choice of connection. Cost is about $65. He also has another race pack, 5800 65c. These ratings are guarantied constant c rating not peeks! He also has amazing customer service with a 1 year warranty on lipo's. Check him out
Oh, of its a stock motor, then he also has $35 and $40 options with 30c-50c too

How exactly does he guarantee a 60c discharge ?

Have you seen a 360 amp discharge graph that shows capacity vs voltage vs cell temperature ?

Thats full to empty (3.5v / cell LVC) in 48 seconds, not likely

His will be no different to the other silly labelling that every manufacturer simply plucks out of the sky

Any idea what the cell resistance values would need to be to sustain such a discharge ?

    Cheers

$85 for a 2s lipo that performs no better than a $35 pack

    Sounds like a bargain

I'd have a 2S LiPo bucket list. I know that I want to try out Gen Ace, Sky, ******* and SPC. But I just don't need another pack right now. Once one dies I'll look for a different one.

Right now I'm using a no name brand 60C 2S 5900mAh that I got for $35. Its got some punch but its nothing amazing.
