Engine not respond (steering servo does) Tried to reset.. ESC not beeps.

As the title says, just got a brand sparkling new Spartan boat.

When i connected everything it beeped, but there was no response from the engine, only the steering server was working.

Afterwords we thought a reset throttle and re-calibrating the ESC might work, but now after we have reset the transmitter, we cannot program the ESC cause it does not beep at all, and does as the manual says..

Are we just being totally noobs or is something wrong? Can some one help us?..

Had a similar problem this weekend.

I changed the Neutral switch to 50/50 from 70/30, and everything ran fine from there.
