New play land for my summit

So I'm building a track for use with my slash and emaxx this weekend. Until the dirt gets moved its a great toy for the summit to play on

Also a rock crawling area is being rebuilt. Moving it all to make way for the track. That's about 25 yards of fill

    Can't wait for Sunday

It looks a lot worse than it really is. Dirt was free so I've got a bobcat coming to move it then once it's in place I'll clean it out so it's smooth for racing it kind of formed clumps of dirt/mud that looks like rocks when it got dumped, it's pretty good for free. The track is being built at the back of my yard

heheheeee what do the neighbors think.lol
when you get it moved, it will water in & smooth out. specially if you start driving on it..

I put two more scopes on the berm, it's kind of rough, so I have been crawling over it. Starting to smooth out, just need some rain then I will form it again. Good fun in the meantime...

ahh i remember about 7 years ago my parents were landscaping the front yard in a suburban community and the landscapers couldn't do the job for a couple months so i decided to build a pretty sweet track that took up the entire front yard for my evader st pro stadium truck (before they're just called trucks)... then one morning i woke up to see the yard full of people shoveling my track apart... i was on my way out there with my BB gun until i realized it was the landscapers.. lol

Had the skid steer for 30 minutes and managed to get it buried in the back of my yard. Lesson learned. No pushing big rocks up hill in soft loamy dirt. Took about 2 hours of it moving 6 inches, lift it up. Block it, move 6 more inches. I'll admit, I thought it was going to have to be winched out. Lol. Back to fun after a good night sleep. I will get a lot of pictures when all my help arrives tomorrow. This is all I took today, my little man so excited

I hope to work on it some more this weekend, we picked up a new camper also that took up a lot of my free time. Just need to rake down a few more spots then start mapping out track, figure out what jumps corners and stuff I want. Have to rearrange rocks also. Try to clean everything up. We've had 2 days of rain so packed it down a little

Sure. If you want to travel to MA

Yes. I love that it's right here. Any time I want. No driving looking for a place. I'm sure I'll still head out when I can to take summit out for a walk. Here is some jumps and whoops

Made a triple that is more of a double and single into a big banked turn. Head into the whoop section and on back strait a big jump. Gets about 10ft out of it with my slash on 2s. Love it. Will get a video tomorrow

The nice part is you can test on a particular line.... Make changes to the setup of the truck. Retest on the same line again and see if it helped or hurt performance. I have a couple of spots that I use for that purpose but not in my yard close by but not right there
    Looks great nice work
