i have dis car and if i tear all the electric stuff away will i be able to mount a fuel tank, engine and throttle servo to it. would i be able to get a smaller engine?

Sounds like a lot of fab work if it was possible. You need to mount a new tranny too I would think. You have to hack up the chassis big time to get an exhaust on it to as well as the body. The .15 motor would probably work best I would think.

This car is simply too small for it even with a .15 engine. Given the amount of heat the engine and exhaust puts out you run the risk of melting the chassis--there's a reason why nitro vehicles have an aluminum chassis.
Best bet is to get a 4-Tec and find a body that resembles the KB.
