I flipped my truck across 50ft of pavement without the body on it. I frayed the white wire coming out of the motor going into the ESC. Is it possible to replace that wire?

How bad is it frayed? If not too bad, you can wrap it in electrical tape, heat shrink tube, liquid tape, etc. to re-insulate it. If not, I'm sure it can be replaced. I haven't taken my motor apart yet, but I'm sure it's possible.
Oh yeah, and put the body back on....![]()
I imagine so using a soldiering iron I had to do this on my crawler...used the tip to heat to remove the old wire then grinder to remove the remaining soldier

IMO the wires are too hard to get to inside of the 2200 motor without the right tools. If you can salvage the wire by just covering it up with heat shrink or liquid tape, then do it. If not then you can send it back to CC and have them replace the wires.
Don't feel too bad... I base my opinions by having gone through the same experience.![]()

Its All relative to your perspective.
The other option, if you have enough usable wire still attached to the motor, is to cut it off and splice on a new piece of wire. I recommend soldering it, and insulating it with heat shrink tubing.
It's a bummer they mount those with the wire exit pointing up.
I would shrink tube that wire then shrink tube over all three wires and that black thing at motor. Rotate motor 90. Use a body.
Is the Castle 2200kv a BL motor that the leads are part of the windings? If so, your only choices are repairing the insulation as previously suggested, or sending it back to Castle.

mine are the same way, i used heat shrink with the ooz inside to seal and hold better.
