    Question What happen if...

    I run my slash when is raining or a wet area(like wet grass)?
    The manual say than my slash is waterproof, is really waterproof or i need to make modifications?

    You should be fine running your slash in water. Just make sure if you do run in water alot to keep an eye on your bearings because the water will dry them out of oil. Everything on the slash is "waterproof" but the trannsmission can let water in over time on the seal in the front bottom of the cassing. Have fun running your slash in the water!

    Your black screwsheads will rust over time.you can replace em with stainless screw off eBay.

    It is completely waterproof, but I would recommend putting a dab of grease on the underside of the little cap on the top of the aterproof reciever box. It helps keep the water out.

    Make sure after the run you completely dry the car and lube the bearings. I sprayed wd-40 on my screws to prevent rust.

    tape over the air holes in the tires if you get water in there it can be a real pain.
