Talking What weight oil should I buy for my slash 4x4

Hi, So I just broke my front A-arm on my truck today and when I did my shock cap popped off and the oil went everywhere. Really sucked being the first time I broke anything on it. Now Im going to order some parts for it and wonder what weight oil I need to buy. Im not sure of this but I think it depends on how you run it and temps. With summer coming up we get to the high 90's and I only use my truck for bashing. Please let me know what weight you think I should buy. Thanks a lot. Justin

If u bash like most people and make big jumps stiffer oil is better basically he heavier the oil the slower the shock compresses. Keeps it from bottoming out as bad hope that helps

I also have 80 in my Proline Powerstroke shocks! It has made a big difference in how the truck handles. It doesn't traction roll as much. When I jump speed bumps and other things I don't get any chassis slap. I am enjoying the thicker weight oil in my shocks!
