a new revo bought it used so its new to me yay.....well guy says he ran it on 20 percent i am going to use 30 how would i reset carb settings to factory so i can tune my 3.3 to 30 percent

by closed meaning no gap in the carb then 4 turns clockwise? and the lsn even with button....... and that is were i should start tuning at???

The High Speed Needle (HSN) you screw it all the way down till its snug then turn it 3.5 - 4 turns back out. 4 turns out is the break-in settings. The Low Speed Needle(LSN) you want it flush with the carb slide.

Yeah you want to turn it in just a 1/8 turn till it seems to not gain power then move it back a little I keep mine on the rich side so the engine will last longer. Check out youtube nitro tuning HSN/LSN.

Set it at 5 turns out and turn it in little by little until you think it's set.
