    recommendation on tires

    i have the stock tires on and ive always been a fan of paddles. Because my truck is 4wd i was thinking about doing paddles all around what do you guys think?

    It really depends on what u do.. are u a racer, basher or just putt around. I have all different sizes for what I wanna do. Up to you

    "Paddles" are only good for sand dunes, the older 3.2 Chevrons are a very tough tire & will last you a long time.

    Look out for the tree/crunch!

    For all around tires, soft dirt, grass, and pavement, I vote Proline Badlands or Traxxas Sporttrax
    I currently run each of those on my revo and maxx, respectively, and they both do very well for all around driving. The Chevrons, to me, seem a bit to stiff for my liking.

    Dont know if any of you have tried this but I seem to get better traction
    reversing the tread direction of the chevrons. Works great for climbing
    steep dirt hills and such.

    I seen some people doing that just thought they didn't know how to mount thete tires

    yeah i had a set of the sporttrax, awesome tires great onroad or off, killed the chevrons and talons hands down, but i moved all my nitros to 17mm so sold them....
    Traxxas is good, but so are other Manus

    ok thanks theres not any sand round here i just like the look of crap bein thrown up behind it, i like to race other people round here i could take it mudding but i dont know bout that
