Most don't like that tank and actually prefer the stock on over it. The reason is because of the tall shape of it, which worsens the half tank lean issue. The main reasons people get rid of the stock tank and switch to the OFNA is because it almost fully removes the half tank lean issue, it's a little larger, and it has to be mounted further forward which keeps the wheels down by adding weight in the front.

Oh Man I cannot say enough good things about the Improvements Gained by switching to teh OFNA Violator, It holds more fuel, Appears to eliminat completely the 1/2 Tank and under Lean issues, not to mention its pickups are set to pull every last drop of fuel out of tank, Also it is setup so when you end up upside down you have some time before you lean out and Die.
Also I found (Thanks @Wildman4910 I believe) that the Balance is much better I hardly ever roll over now and I can jump Higher and further without getting Caddy Wampus. It is the second best Upgrade I have done.

On top of the lid there's a screw. Loosen it and you can rotate it 360•

You can flip the lid if you want; I've done it on a few builds just to have the lid open in the opposite direction, but its much easier to just spin the nipple around.

To remove the lid you have to pull the pin. You then have to install the spring and pin at the same time to re-assemble.

    No slipper/tall gearing/power = broken parts.

It only pulls out in 1 direction. If you look close you will se the holes in the tank uprights are different sizes.
