First day out with the new Traxxas Funny Car on 3s lipo. I had no intention of ever buying one of these, yet i found myself walking out of the hobby shop with it the other day. No regrets, its a fast car and impressive to see up close. Getting it up to speed can be a little tricky, but just like the xo-1, the faster it goes the more it stays planted to the road. The on the fly torque control is a wonderful thing for sure and a must for launching on a low traction surface, but when you do a burn out and catch enough traction for a high torque launch....whoa man does it take off! Endpoint settings for the steering are a necessity for this unit because the steering is very touchy and responds to the slightest adjustments.

Loving this car! - unfortunately i need to get another 3S for it with a TRX connector and the weather outside is very stormy, so maybe later this coming weekend I'll be able to take it out for a test run

Needed more power so I pulled the ET-3s and installed a Mamba Max Pro. Now I can run 4s lipo for a true top fuel funny car feel.
