Battery Straps

Hey gang what are some good battery straps to use? I currently have the ANZA chassis and would like to use my 3s pack with it, but the stock strap were designed for racing and 2s applications.

Go to a craft store like a Pat Catans and get a look at their Velcro options or a hardware store.
Maybe a couple of simple Zip ties will do the trick using those slots in the side rails.
Hmmm, I will need this mod for mine too then so I can run my 3s packs.

It is awesome on 3s. No wheelies. It takes off like a rocket.

The PureTech straps are very nice, and relatively cheap, $5-7 a pair. If you want even cheaper, you can get the cut-to-length Velcro brand straps at the home improvement store, a pack of five is about $3 and they work just fine.

I will get some video today of the ANZA Slash on 3s. I also went to HobbyTown and got the Associated battery straps. They are longer and fit great. Took some time to install due to the chassis layout, but no biggie. I will post pics and video later on.
