    what to do when water gets in E-revo Brushless

    hi guys i just wanted to ask what to do when water gets in to a E-revo Brushless but the batters were not in or plugged in the car what do i do ?????? plz help me

    How much water? Was it left out in the rain? Need more info.

    Whatever the cause though as long as you didn't plug it in wet you should be fine as long as its thoroughly dry before adding cells to it.

    Put her in the boiler cupboard or somewhere warm for a few days.

    Yup just let it dry out. The eletronics can withstand getting wet as long as there is no power.

    same as getting a cell phone wet. Get the battery out (asap) let it completly dry out. There is a chance it will be ok.

    You said the batts were not pluged in. So I'm thinking you should be ok, put the ESC in front of a fan for couple of days or some place warm, just get it completly dry before you try it....gl2u

    Spray the esc with clc lectra motive electronic cleaner. $5-7 at auto zone.

    when I clean my truck i spray it with water in my slop sink. Just use compressed air with my compressor afterwards and its like new again.

    We use to get fed out of a slop sink at school!
