Im thinking about getting this pipe for my jato 3.3:

My question is if this will fit without having to make any modifications? I'm looking for something that is pretty much just install and go.

Yes 100% bolt up, pipe works realy good.

It's a great pipe 4 the money. It's also a lil thicker than the stock pipe. I trimmed my body a lil bit on the pipe side n it sits closer 2 the mud guard. It melted mine a lil bit but its not a big deal.

You will need to trim the body a little bit. But it's a fantastic pipe.

Just ordered the pipe the other day. Got it from Tower shipped and all for $38 after my $20 off coupon. Should have it by Monday. Thanks for all the replies guys.

you could have saved some money by drilling out the stinger of the stock one, the ths has a bigger pipe diameter to build up pressure so you will lose some in the bottom

I'm not really concerned about $38. I've also seen some negative responses from people drilling out the stinger. Not something I really want to do.

Newbie here. After break-in, it took me maybe 2 hrs worth of operating to get my 3.3 to do 2nd gear wheelies. Since then, it's been holding a
reliable tune so I figured the next logical step was to get a pipe. Installed the Hard coated THS and tuned and tuned and tuned, from super fat
to stall out lean and never could achieve the performance of the stock pipe. No more second gear wheelies, so I focused the tuning toward the
bottom end thinking maybe that's this pipe's wheel house. Nope.
Why oh why did I spend this money? Because Tower Hobbies sent me a $10 off your next purchase of $50 or more, and I like to save. Lol

Advice? Want to buy a pipe?

Works really well and direct bolt on to the previous housing and more power.

Getting the manifold spring on is a pain though....
