Are those 17mm hex rims you got there?? I am trying to get myself a new set of rims and tyres as the others I feel don't have enough weight behind them, so when I am jumping my truck it often flips onto it's roof. I can't correct this with throttling the truck either .

either of them are yes, i'll either have 1/8 buggy rims or one of a couple sets of DE Racing Trinidad's w/17mm hex SC rims.

I want to knock out the 6 rectangular panels on the back for heat/parachuting reasons.
Overall just on a loose mount out of the trimming this is a great looking body and it fits VERY well. the front holes even line up as intended and the rear are in a decent spot too.

Dont know yet. i have some XXXMain Carbon fiber to use too...

Gonna talk this one over with my Painter and see what hes comfortable with.

Still messing around with the holes, trying to figure out the easy way to clear out the vent holes.
Got the body mounted though. Those 4 holes are easy, getting real good at the body holes.

Cutting venting is new to me though. Knife/reamer/dremel... no clue.

Lowered it a hole front and rear. might go a notch lower.

Also got the rear 6 holes out. not clean at all... i'll have to rethink the louvers and the 2 on the hood.

You could try body reamer in the corners of the vents, then ream a starter hole for the Dremel, work the Dremel to the corners this would give you nice clean rounded corners.. Steady as she goes..

Hi guys, I converted my E-Revo to an E-slayer Pro but was not happy with the way the Pro tires look with the Pro shell, too small for its newer larger scale look. I like to be able to fill the wheel wells without having to raised the body too much, any suggestions? I have an extra BL set up from another ERBE that I will eventually install but wanted to see what I could get out of the twin brushed motors, so power will not be a problem.

I run the 1/8 buggy wheels and tires on mine and love it.
