What cell does the yellow wire go to or is it just like a ground? I have the traxxas 3s packs btw and it has 4 wires and 3 cells so what is the extra one for and wich one is the extra?

It's three grounds and a hot or vise versa depending on brand. Keep cutting the pack top open and find where that wire broke off from and solder it back on.
