    gearing for velenion

    what is a good gearing combo for the velineon setup on 3s mainly run on the road i think it has 18/54 in it now but the motor is getting up to 140 on 3s but below 100 on 2s i alson have a fan on the motor and speed controll thanks

    Does it stay at 140? If it does then ur good but u dont want to exceed 160!

    140 is fine but it wont stay that cool for long with that gearing

    13/54 (stock) works well

    If you want to bash hard at over 40 mph get rid of the stock esc / motor
