Will these AXIAL RIMS fit SUMMIT and 40series RC4WD Rok Lok Tires?

It says on the RC4WD.com website that the Axial wheel part # AX8017 is needed for the RokLok
    tires.
Do these wheels have the 1/2" offset? I want it to fit without modding and/or shimming.
    Thank you.
It says #8017, but on the page it says #8014????

It depends on the ride height of your summit. If the ride height is as low as an erevo (the a-arms parallel to the ground), then those axial wheels will fit fine. If your ride height is high, the bead lock rings will rub against the toe links a bit. It won't cause any major damage, I've had mine for a few years now. As far as fitting the rok lok tires on those axial wheels, I'm not 100% sure since I don't have those tires, looks like they would fit.

those tires will fit fine with no rubbing. I have rock crushers on those kind of rims and they work perfect. Heres some pictures of mine.

They are both the same wheels. 8017 are black chrome, whereas 8014 are matte black.

In so far as I know the only bead locks that will fit are the new ones RC4WD or the discontinued Axial rocksters.

What tires are recommended for snow? How does your Summit do climbing snow banks?

If you looking for a tall tire and don't want to break the bank. Try the new BFG Krawlrer 7.25'' tall and very scale looking!
31.00 at tower and just look at them! There awesome!
