So tried to run my car today/just now. Can't get the vehicle into the first mode. Receiver throttle will only register forward, but within like 10 seconds of that the ESC starts flashing red and the vehicle shuts down completely? The ESC is Very HOT but I haven't even run the car. I'm talking 30-60 seconds with the battery connected and the ESC gets too hot to touch and just starts flashing red?
Can anyone shed some light on my dilema? Thanks.

vxl-3s? Mine was done when this happened. Call traxxas, if it is less than 60 days old they will usually replace it, as long as you haven't totally abused it. Great customer service.

Yes, VXL3s . So I called Traxxas and they cut me some slack, even though it's 3 moths old they will still be giving me a new one. Thanks JF~!
