    Acting a fool

We ahd a nice day yesterday so we went bashing. The temp was about 2c so it was cold.

The funny part is after we were done there was black marks from the tires rubber on the pavement.
I was running 3.7 truggy wheel and tires on 6s.

When my dads shop isn't full of boats I like drifting around in there, way easier on the tires since its smooth concrete. I wire a lot of chicken barns as well and theyre awesome for drifting, 80 feet wide and 500 feet long of wide open space.

Yeah I like to do that with all my RC's in the garage. Just wish it was bigger. Every once in awhile, I getter too carried away, and WHACK! I hit something solid. Not going too fast so no real damage. Fun, though!

I was drifting my rusty on a job site before with foams on on the asphalt and I was attempting to drift through an overhead door when some gravel had a different idea of the direction I wanted to go and well the gravel won that battle by sending me into the concrete opening for the door, bent an aluminum tranny case and broke a rear stub axle carrier and camber link, first time out with that aluminum case too. Lesson learned haha.

I used to mess around like that inside and then one night I hit the woodstove hard enough to move it on its base. Know I play inside with my stepsons merv.

Haha, ya I could see a merv being a little note suited to drifting in the house. Hmm perhaps I need a 1/16 in my collection after all... LOL.

Here are some pics from that day we were at a rural air strip.

    Revo action

    Double walk of shame

We also had to share the runway.

He brought out his rc after he put his plane away. It was electric too.

Walk of shame for me means i hit a log, tree, stump or the apple tree attacked my maxx again, I drift when there is a light coating of snow on the street or when my neighbors driveway is wet.
I blame it all on speedpede09

This is vid where we were out on the runway. You can see where they stage the cars for drag racing.
The black one is the e-maxx on 6s and 1800kv motor.
The blue charger is a revo conversion on 4s and 2200kv motor.
Neither of the trucks were geared for speed runs.
Video isn't the best either. Need to get a go pro.

Nice. They both seem to go pretty good. What gearing are you running in the Maxx with that 1800kv motor? How were temps?

The gearing on the 1800kv was 22p and 65s. The temps never went over 120f and that was after all the donuts on the road. Waiting for my 24t pinion and 62t spur.
