TQ 2.4 radio programing ??

I have read the book and still not sure ?
Can the TQ 2.4 radio with VXL , be set so I have a drag brake once I let of the throttle " neutral position " ?
I'd like to have a little brake going into a turn after letting off the throttle without pushing forward into the reverse position.

Sure... Turn the throttle trim up some and then when you go around a corner and let off it should slow down...
