The mmp fits right inside between the lips but I did cut a little out for the fan

It transfers the power more evenly to prevent wheelies, and make it hook up better.

I checked my diffs while I was working on it and luckily mine needed no shims in the rear, but had to add one to the front.

Installed my new MMP! I ran the inaugural run with 2 - 2S LiFEPO4s, and it runs like a demon on fire!!!

Looking good! Where did you put the antenna? I taped mine to the side of the receiver then a little clear silicone
did you get a castle link? Little tuning will do wonders

Antenna is wrapped around the receiver and the end is secured between the servo-mount tape and the receiver. Yup, I got the Castle Link and the Field Link both!

Traxxas hould do more parts stock from the factory on the merv and not only the OFNA wing

Thanks Mossie! The 1/12 wing changes the way the Merv handles, it very stable now at top speed! I got the red a huge discount so I said why not? Looks pretty good!

Thanks! When I bought it had all black painted wheels then I took paint thinner to the beadlock rings to make them red again.

Yeah, bright ok! I have a cree that I use around the house, but I figure a wipeout at 40+mph won't be a big deal with a cheapo. I mostly want it for orientation so I know what way I'm headed - LOL

Well, I just did a night run, and it's painful to look at the mini mag in the dark, so mission accomplished. Now for tail light...

My brother got a dozen of these flashlights at Big lots, I wish I knew where to get more. I wanted to pop the PC board with the LED lights out, but was afraid I'd break it. So I zip tied the light to the rollcage and the flashlight broke on the first run. Gutted it and hooked it up. Now we need to find out where to get more.

rebuilt rear shocks and filled with 50wt oil, steering post bearings-had to sand the post a little though, rear diff seals+filled with 60K diff oil, and next on list is to install rear knuckles rpm. reglued my tires took glue off and reglued being that the tires were about half unglue already some of them but glue i have didnt set fast enough so they got wobbly dumb AKA tires glue maybe need a new one now but at 9 a pop yeah right.

I tried that flash velcroed on the top worked nice till i flipped LOl then had to pick up flash light and turn merv over. maybe some skinnier flash lights would work better under the body might give that a try my self.

Non-stock goodies include Mamba Max Pro esc, GPM delrin arms, & GPM aluminum hubs/carriers, TRX CVDs, HR diffs & rods, Lunsford titanium pivot balls, HPI wheels, Goose Bumps tires.

Holy crap, I sure had a lot of inventory to pull from (Thanks R.J. and everybody else that I bankrolled...)
