will stock hinge pins bolt up to the traxxas brand aluminum caster & steering blocks?

I plan on ordering the traxxas brand aluminum caster blocks, steering blocks, and rear stub axle housing, at tower hobbies:

...will the stock hinge pins bolt right up with these TRX aluminum parts? I own some Axial RCs, and the aluminum upgrades for the Axial brand require different hardware because the screw holes are machine threads (different thread pitch).

All answers would be greatly appreciated.

The hinge pins screw into the arms, not any of the aluminium parts so there's no thread issues there. The only pin that screws into aluminium is the caster block kingpin and these are the same as the stock ones plus the casters come with a spare set (they're hidden, rip open the corner of the pack to find them).

The only pin issue you need to consider is that the steel pins will now be rotating in aluminium holes so some form of dry lube would be a good idea to avoid ovalling out the holes. I try and avoid this situation in all my builds and use STRC locking pins which are free to rotate in the plastic arm holes.
Pretty please, with sugar on top, clean the RC car

mine didn't i lost 3 screws in 30 minutes you just need to put a long screw through and put a lock nut on the end. Haven't had a problem since (its been a year).

You cannot put a locking pin on the c-blocks. The nut will interfere with the camber link rod end. The traxxas screw pins will fit. Just use blue threadlock on the threads of the steering pins pins and dry graphite lube wherever the pins go through an alum part(like an alum bulk or rear bearing carrier). Check those steering pins to see if they are bent. Buying a stock pin kit is the only way to get them though. Nothing wrong with having extra suspension pins laying around though.
    LETS GO PENS!!!!
