Will a 40c lipo work ok on the mamba monster system???

im looking at a crc 14.8v 4s 40c 5600mah lipo battery for my nitro to electric revo conversion which is powered by a mamba monster 2650 kv motor and esc. will the 40c discharge rating work well with the mamba monster system or will i need a higher discharge battery? please let me know asap

That's north of 220 Amps, should be a decent battery.

any reason for the 2650kv instead of the 2200kv????

5600 x 40 = 224,000 / 1000 = 224 amps
( mah x c rating / 1000 = amps)

there is no need for the 40C rating but it will not hurt anything. the stock MMM motor is rated at 120amps so the motor will only pull at most around 120amps, the battery you want has 224amps to give, so the battery will have no problem supplying whatever the motor wants and still have power to spare.
