Question What are the best shocks?

I have a bone stock slash except for some rpm parts. I want threaded shocks that are very strong not to heavy good for a little bashing and racing a good all round high quality shock. so what do you think?
    Thanks

The Traxxas big bores are a deffinate upgrade but in my opinion, the Pro-Lines are hard to beat!

SCTE 4x4 Shocks are working great for me. Cheaper than any other alternative and a true big bore. Wanted the Prolines but didn't want to spend that kind of money. Also spring sets for the SCTE shocks are cheaper. Night and day difference over the stock traxxas shocks.

I have HB D8 shocks on mine. They almost seem too stiff.

do not know. i haven't rebuilt them yet. wasn't high on the list of to-do's since they arent leaking or anything. all i did do with them was change the springs.

Rebuilt my D8 shocks last night. grey springs 45wt up front. grey and 50wt out back. didnt realize the blues i installed initially were almost the stiffest springs available for the D8's... oops.

Havent driven yet but just on the bench its already much softer.

Losi 810 shocks or the same as the SCTE/810/10-T all made my losi...Bought the Nuibe mounts to do the conversion on my slash but decided to take the slash shocks off and replace with the 810 shocks and replace the 810 shocks with the 8ight shocks and nuibe mounts from my slash and worked out perfect when swapping all over and just had to get the bushings that go into the top of the shock mount hole on the shock
